I’m doing something different, and it may be an easier way for you to consume my content about Facebook ads.
Way, way, way back in 2013, I started The Pubcast (then The Social Media Pubcast) to talk about topics related to Facebook ads and entrepreneurship over a beer. The show was a big part of my business through 2015, but I slowly got less and less consistent with it.
That’s changing now. I’ve recommitted to The Pubcast, and one primary reason for it is a new format: The Pubcast Shot.
A Pubcast Shot is a much shorter, value-packed Pubcast episode that can be completed in about three minutes. I know that this is something that will be valuable for you, and I’m able to create way more of them than the standard 30-minute episodes.
To really kick this off, I’ve committed to an everyday schedule for now. I’ll release the standard 30-minute Pubcast every Friday (no weeks off now!) and a Pubcast Shot all other days of the week. That’s right. Every day.
Why? Because I can. It’s not that hard. It’s not a big commitment. And I truly believe that this can and should be a big part of how I reach you in 2022.
Part of the reason for that is the early rollout of Facebook podcasts. I truly believe in the potential for this product. But for now, though, you’ll only hear my podcast on Facebook if you’re in the US, follow my page, and are on a mobile device (that’s a lot of ifs).
