I spotted a new option in instant forms that provides flexibility for how your potential leads answer questions.

Let’s take a closer look…
Select All That Apply
When creating a multiple choice question for your instant form, you may see a checkbox to “Allow multiple responses.”

Let’s say we’re asking what kind of pet you have and provide options of dog, cat, goldfish, and other. Normally, these potential answers will appear as radio buttons in your form.

When you check the box to allow multiple responses, it will ask you to “Select all that apply.” Instead of radio buttons, there are checkboxes for each answer.

How Would You Use This?
While this update is subtle, it’s a way to ensure the answers you receive are more accurate. There isn’t always a single answer to a question. You could use this for finding out what job experiences people have or their certifications.
I only have this in a couple of accounts, so it’s not clear if it’s part of an official rollout or an isolated test.
