How Access Works
Once Jon has reviewed and approved your intake form, he will send a partner request to your Meta business portfolio. You accept the request and grant access to your ad account and pixel. Jon will provide specific instructions.
- Jon can view campaigns, performance data, and Events Manager
- Jon cannot create, edit, pause, or change anything in your account
- Jon cannot access billing or add users
Access is removed within 48 hours of delivery, with written confirmation.
Depending on your account setup or specific questions that surface during review, Jon may request access to additional assets (for example, your product catalog). Additional access is optional and only requested when necessary.

FAQ
What level of access is required?
Jon will not require more access than is needed to perform a thorough account audit. In most cases, partial access is all that is necessary. Exceptions will be considered.
Will you review our pixel and Conversions API setup?
High-level only. Jon will note whether tracking appears to be in place and flag obvious issues. Deep technical reviews are outside scope.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Yes, before access is granted — minus a $100 administrative fee to cover payment processing. Once the audit has begun, no refunds.
What if I don’t complete intake or grant access?
You have 14 days from purchase to complete both. After that, the slot is forfeited.
What if I can’t grant business portfolio access?
Usually this means an agency or former employee holds admin rights on your business portfolio. Sort that out first. If it can’t be resolved, the audit isn’t a fit.
Do you guarantee results?
No. The audit surfaces strategic gaps and recommendations. Implementation and results are yours.
