Strategic Audit

Not Sure If an Audit Would Help?

Answer a few questions about your account and I will tell you honestly. If a Strategic Audit is the right move, I will say so. If it is not, I will tell you that instead and point you toward something that fits better. I read every one of these myself.

Why I Ask

I only run so many of these, and every audit is me personally. So I would rather turn down an account I cannot help than take the money and send back a document full of recommendations you have no way to use.

Most of the time it comes down to three things: how much the account spends, how long it has been running, and whether you are able to grant me view access. The questions below cover those. They also cover enough background that if we do go ahead, I already have a head start on your account before day one.

There is no cost to this and no obligation on either side. If the answer is no, you will get a straight explanation of why and what I would do in your position.

The Fit Check

One question at a time. Be specific where you can, because the more context you give, the more useful my answer will be.

  • About 3 minutes
  • No cost
  • No obligation
  • Read by Jon, not an assistant

Would rather just write to me? Email [email protected] with a few sentences about your situation.

What Usually Makes the Difference

You do not need to score perfectly on this. The questionnaire is how I work out the edge cases. But here is roughly what I am looking at.

Good sign

  • Spending $10,000 or more per month on Meta ads
  • At least six months of campaign history in the account
  • Ads and landing pages in English
  • You or your client hold admin rights on the business portfolio
  • You want direction and a second opinion, not someone to run the ads
  • You have a specific question you want answered, not just a general uneasiness

Probably not yet

  • Under $10,000 per month, where the recommendations would outrun the data behind them
  • An account that launched in the last few months
  • You already know tracking is broken. Fix that first with a technical specialist
  • An old agency or a former employee still holds admin rights on the portfolio
  • You are looking for someone to implement the changes afterward
  • You want a guarantee of specific results
If you are under $10K per month, PHC Elite is usually the better move. You get my ongoing guidance for a fraction of the cost. Fill out the fit check anyway if you want my read on it.

What Happens Next

You answer the questions

About three minutes. Nothing here commits you to anything.

I read it myself

Not a scoring filter and not an assistant. Every submission comes to me.

You hear back within two business days

Either with next steps to book, or with an honest reason it is not a fit right now and what I would suggest instead.

If it is a fit, you book

You purchase, complete the full intake form, and grant partner access. From there I have 14 days to deliver the written PDF and recorded video.

Who’s Reviewing Your Account

I’ve been doing this since 2011, experiencing every huge change along the way. Thousands of blog posts, videos, and podcast episodes on Meta advertising to help countless advertisers know what changed and what matters. Over that time, I’ve become one of the people serious advertisers turn to when the platform changes or their approach stops working. And I’ve had to throw out approaches I relied on just a few years ago because they stopped working. When I review your account, I’m applying what I know works now, not what worked in 2021. Every audit is me, personally.
