Your phone. That’s it.
Sure, it would be nice to have a good mic, good audio, lighting, and software. But these are all excuses that will prevent you from getting started.
Your first videos probably won’t be that great anyway. That’s okay! What you need to do is remove all friction from getting started. Worrying about the equipment is friction.
Truthfully, you shouldn’t worry about all of that other stuff in the beginning anyway. You won’t know what equipment you want until you fully understand what it is that you need it for in the first place. Don’t buy stuff just to buy stuff.
