You can create an audience of people who viewed your video on Facebook or Instagram and target or exclude this audience in ads. A single audience can be based on engagement with one or multiple videos, including people who engaged at the following levels:
- Viewed for at least 3 seconds
- Viewed for at least 10 seconds
- Viewed for 15 seconds or more or completed the video (ThruPlay)
- Viewed at least 25% of the video
- Viewed at least 50% of the video
- Viewed at least 75% of the video
- Viewed at least 95% of the video
Note that it doesn’t matter whether videos are watched with or without sound, or whether they are clicked or played automatically in the feed.
