Do you have Flexible Form Delivery? It’s not clear if this is a new feature that is rolling out or if it’s part of a test. I’m not finding any official documentation on it.
Here’s what I can tell you…
What It Is
When you create a new instant form, you may see a new option within the Form Type section for “Flexible Form Delivery.”

Here’s how Meta defines it:
Allow Meta to adjust or remove form elements based on what people are most likely to respond to.
Optimize
When on, Meta can personalize form settings for each lead using the following possible optimizations:
- Remove the background image
- Skip the greeting
- Place the greeting behind a “see more” preview
- Show greeting in a different location
- Change question ordering
- Move optional questions to the end of the questions section
- Skip optional questions
- Re-order answers to optional questions
When you have this on, by default it’s set to “Optimized” and Meta can make any of these adjustments to your form by person.
To clarify, you can provide an optional background image and greeting for your form.

You can also mark form questions as optional.

Manual
When set to Manual, you can select the individual elements that can be tailored to each person.

I currently have four options that can be toggled on or off:
- Background image can be removed
- Greeting can be skipped or shown in a different location
- Questions and contact information can be re-ordered
- Optional questions can be skipped or shown at the end of the form
Should You Use It?
This is another way to leverage Meta’s automations to quickly make adjustments and get better results. I wouldn’t expect miracles, but it’s certainly worth a test.
