I’ve had a chatbot for more than a year, and it’s been upgraded.
The Updates
I’ve trained my bot on more than 500 pages of my content, and now it runs on Claude 3.5 Sonnet.
It’s super fast and thorough and does a pretty good job of providing answers that are consistent with my philosophies. That’s been a challenge, and while my chatbot is still not perfect, it’s never been better.
There are now two places where you can interact with it:
1. Embedded on my website
2. Messenger chat integration
Messenger Integration
I’ve taken advantage of a new Messenger integration found within Chatbase.
I created a Facebook page just for my bot and you can access it here. Click to message my page and you can ask it whatever ads related questions you want.
Why did I create a separate page for this? I could’ve integrated it with my main Facebook page. But, that page triggers a new ticket whenever someone asks a question. So, you’ll get a human response when messaging my main page. The help you get there will always be more accurate.
Use my bot if you want an immediate response or a continued back and forth. It’s also just kinda fun to test it out and see whether it’s able to handle both simple and complex questions.
