Facebook Marketing Metrics that Matter with Blake Jamieson [Podcast]

This was one of those podcasts that was so much fun that it was difficult to edit it down to 30 minutes. So I only edited it to 38!

Blake Jamieson is a friend of mine whom I met at the AllFacebook.com Marketing Conference in New York City last December. His main claim to fame is the amazing work he did to build up a thriving Facebook presence in a challenging industry (read this post he wrote for me about how he used gaming to increase engagement).

Here are a few of the topics we covered on this week’s Social Media Pubcast:

Take a listen below. You also have several ways to access the Pubcast:

Don’t forget to subscribe, rate and review! That’s how I reach more people. Thanks!

I’ve seen a number of people (including myself) that signed up for graph search very early on and still don’t have it yet.

Awesome Podcast and learning a ton from all the post each day. Love what Blake did with Pool Supply World, gives me tons of thoughts for a cleaning site I have. Look forward to next weeks show.

Cross-channel coupon strategies were pretty killer for us, too. A like is a great way be able to market to that customer again in the future, in exchange for that coupon. ;)

Yo Jon– you should transcribe this, too. You and Blake have some GREAT content here and it could reach the folks who don’t have 38 minutes for the whole podcast.

Got an easy solution to do that, Dennis?

Hi Jon– it depends on what you want to pay vs quality. I’ve used transcriptionstar.com with success in the past, but there are many per-minute services like that. Max on our team uses some software then reviews by manually. Let me ask him and get back to you.
